SPRING SCHOOL “THE FUTURE IS CHEMISTRY”

The Spring School, addressed to PhD students, post-docs, and master students, will provide a comprehensive overview of the most promising perspective for the Chemists of the future, as well as training in soft skills, paper writing, ethical issues and technology transfer.

The School is funded by the SAFI3 (Scuola di Alta Formazione Interdisciplinare per l’Innovazione e la Internazionalizzazione) project. Participation is completely free of charge, and registration will be handled on a first-come first served basis, with a number of places reserved for Students of the four University Schools of Advanced Studies – Gran Sasso Science Institute (GSSI, lead partner), the Scuola Superiore di Catania (SSC), the Istituto Superiore Universitario di Formazione Interdisciplinare (ISUFI), and the Scuola Superiore Meridionale (SSM). 

Students of the GSSI, ISUFI and SSM High Schools will be able to benefit from financial support to cover travel and accommodation expenses up to a maximum of €300.

Places will be assigned first to PhD students, then to postdocs, and finally to Master's students.

All participating students are warmly invited to present their work as a poster, including initial presentations or those related to their bachelor's thesis, even if they request a flash oral presentation. The poster session will be open to the public, therefore selected participants are encouraged to extend the invitation to their parents or friends (a couple of people per participant).
