Thesis title: Realization of a probe capable of recognizing and radiolabelling the circulating hsa-miRNA-5096, biomarker of PAN-NETs.

Keywords: Radiopharmacueticals, oligonucleotides, miRNA, radioisotopes and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors

Abstract;  Therapeutic options for patients with metastatic pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors remain limited. Recent studies have highlighted the overexpression of hsa-miR-5096 in these patients. The PhD project aims to develop a radiolabeled probe capable of specifically recognizing and binding to hsa-miR-5096. The probe will consist of an oligonucleotide complementary to the microRNA, a linker, and a radioisotope (68Ga). In vitro studies will be conducted on NT3 cells.
