Abstract: Technological advancements in microelectronics focus on the synergy between inorganic and organic materials; examples can be observed in OPVs and OLEDs. From a scientific standpoint, it is crucial to possess an approach that facilitates the compositional and structural analysis of hybrid systems. ToF-SIMS emerges as a powerful technique for investigating such devices. The aim of the project is to identify a methodology for the analysis of hybrid model systems replicating real high-tech devices through the utilization of ToF-SIMS in conjunction with GCIB sources.
