Abstract: This research project aims to develop and validate sustainable processes for the valorization of agri-food and environmental by-products through green extraction technologies. The objective is to recover bioactive compounds with potential applications in the food and environmental sector, promoting circular production models and contributing to human and environmental health in agreement with the One Health approach.
